She has led MRL to National Ranking Leadership in focus industries and has been recognized and received multiple awards, both from clients and from MRI Network.
Prior to co-founding MRL in 1986, Desni was Sr. V.P. with Manufacturers Hanover in London , Hong Kong and New York focusing in the investment needs of U.S. multinationals. Desni holds a BS in Economics from Northwestern University .

Anthony (Tony) brought to MRL more than 20 years of experience in sales & engineering management in manufacturing computer hardware, software companies. Tony has been an integral part of the team at MRL since its inception in 1986. Tony holds a BS in Agricultural Engineering and an MBA from Texas Tech University.

Garry Smith joined our firm in 2004 with 15 years experience in sales and sales management with leading companies. Complimenting this experience is Garry's 6 years experience in the recruiting and staffing industries.
He has served as a manager, practitioner, and leader in some of the largest temporary consulting firms in the country, bringing with him the expertise and client driven solutions to fill critical staffing needs.
Garry's focus is on identifying the “best of the best” in the Auto ID, printing, packaging and software industries. He is a strong enhancement to the team of MRL .
